AIME is a global social change organisation founded in 2005 with 25 Indigenous students in Redfern. Now operating across 52 countries, AIME has supported 25,000+ students in achieving educational parity and generated $1.17 billion in economic impact. Their flagship initiative, IMAGI-NATION, is a digital nation and systems change platform built on Indigenous-led knowledge and network theory.
PROBLEM
AIME had a partner engagement deck rich with substance: powerful videos, world-class credentials, and a compelling mission. But it was asking readers to work too hard. Every slide tried to orient, persuade, inspire, and direct action at once.
I audited the deck slide-by-slide and redesigned the structure to fix it: surfacing impact metrics, separating emotional from cognitive content, and making the ask explicit. The deck went from overwhelming to accessible without losing any of its substance.
